What is Matcha Tea ?
The history of Matcha dates back to Japan. Matcha tea is a special kind of green tea. When preparing green tea, we add only its leaves, while in Matcha tea, the green tea leaves that have been powdered dissolve in water and become a solution, and we drink this October. Unlike traditional green tea, when preparing matcha, the tea leaves are shaded before harvesting. This process enriches the aroma and taste of the leaves. The leaves are collected one by one by hand, protected from fermentation, dried, ground into powder in the mill.
So, what effects does matcha tea have on health?
* Matcha tea is rich in antioxidants (bioactive components) called polyphenols, which protect against heart diseases and cancer, facilitate blood sugar regulation, stabilize blood pressure, and have an anti-aging effect.

The negative situations that this tea, which has no known harm, will cause will be caused by its consumption. However, this tea consumed more than two cups during the day can cause some negative effects on the digestive system.
* In addition, it provides very fast results in weight loss. However, individuals who want to lose weight should be careful when using this tea. No plant is a solution by itself.
Matcha Preparation :
* The necessary ingredients to prepare this tea in its classic form are a teaspoon of matcha, a cup of hot water, a spoon and a strainer. First of all, the first thing you need to do is to crush the matcha powder through a strainer with the help of a spoon.
* Add half of a cup of hot water to this powder that you have taken in a bowl. Then beat with any mixer you will use (it can be a special bamboo brush) until a dense consistency is obtained. Then add the remaining hot water to this mixture and beat until foam forms on it. You should do this process as fast as you can.
